This is another way to get the children & men to understand how much sunscreen to apply. I have managed to get my 13 year old son to put sunscreen on before we leave the house without a fight but it is the second (after 2 hours) or third application that is now a problem. We all forget to reapply when we’re working in the garden or just going for a walk but it really important to reapply because that is the time we can burn. We use the Vitage skin defence spf30 £26 as it is lightweight soaks in easily, has a matte finish, it is also water resistant and we have not burnt.
